Booking and Service Terms
The booking portal should require the customer to affirmatively check a box agreeing to these terms and the Cancellation Policy before payment.
1. Starting estimates and inspection
Online prices are starting estimates based on the selected service and vehicle size. The vehicle will be inspected at arrival. Excessive pet hair, staining, odors, sand, biological contamination, mold concerns, heavy brake dust, road paint, tar, sap, overspray, oxidation, or other labor-intensive conditions may require additional time or pricing.
Any material price adjustment will be explained before additional work begins. If the customer declines the adjustment, AD Detailing may limit the service to the originally booked scope when reasonably possible or cancel/refund according to the circumstances.
2. Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, address, vehicle, service, condition, and availability information. Selecting an obviously smaller vehicle category or omitting major condition concerns does not guarantee the displayed starting price.
3. Access and working conditions
The customer must provide lawful access to the vehicle and a reasonably safe work area. The customer must disclose hazards, sensitive modifications, known leaks, electrical problems, loose trim, damaged controls, aftermarket alarms, or other conditions that may affect service.
4. Personal property
Customers should remove valuables, cash, documents, weapons, medication, child seats if cleaning beneath them is expected, and other personal property before service. AD Detailing is not responsible for ordinary items left inside unless loss or damage is caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
5. Existing condition and service limitations
Detailing can reveal or make pre-existing wear more visible. We do not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, scratch, etching, contaminant, or defect. Permanent damage, failing materials, dye transfer, worn coatings, brittle trim, damaged leather, and prior repairs may limit results.
6. Photos and documentation
AD Detailing may photograph the vehicle for condition documentation, quality control, and dispute prevention. Marketing use of identifiable customer information or clearly identifiable private locations requires permission. Customers may request that nonessential marketing photography not be used.
7. Payment
The required deposit is applied toward the service total. Remaining balances are due when the service is completed unless another written arrangement has been made. Payment processing is handled through Stripe or another disclosed payment method.
8. Weather and uncontrollable conditions
Mobile service may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled because of unsafe temperatures, precipitation, lightning, wind, water restrictions, equipment failure, access problems, or other conditions outside reasonable control.
9. Vehicle movement
By providing keys or access, the customer authorizes reasonable movement of the vehicle on the service property or immediate work area when necessary to perform or inspect the service. The customer should disclose restrictions before work begins.
10. Concerns after service
Customers should inspect the vehicle promptly and report concerns as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours, with photographs when helpful. We will review good-faith concerns and determine an appropriate remedy based on the service, condition, and circumstances.
11. Coating-specific terms
Ceramic-coating durability and performance depend on paint condition, preparation, environment, washing practices, maintenance, storage, and contamination. Any written coating warranty applies only according to its stated coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and duration.
12. Contact
Questions should be raised before booking by contacting (502) 498-7440.
