These terms govern use of the public website. Service appointments are also governed by the separate Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website information
We aim to keep service descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information accurate. Starting prices, estimated durations, availability, and website content may change. A website error does not require us to provide a service at an obviously incorrect price or under impossible conditions; we will contact you to correct the issue or refund an affected deposit when appropriate.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiries relating to AD Detailing. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape or reproduce substantial content, or use the site to harm another person or system.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, branding, graphics, and original photographs are owned by or licensed to AD Detailing LLC. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.
5. Third-party services
The website may link to or use Stripe, Instagram, maps, hosting, analytics, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their separate terms and practices.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
AD Detailing LLC SMS Program. AD Detailing LLC may send text messages to customers who have opted in through our booking form, for purposes including appointment confirmations, scheduling, quotes, and service follow-ups.
Opt-Out: You can cancel this SMS program at any time. Text "STOP" to the number messaging you. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoining: To rejoin, opt in again through our booking form at addetailingcrm.netlify.app/book, or text "START" to the same number, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Privacy: Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, lead generation, or third-party analytics purposes. For privacy-related inquiries, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing on the website is professional legal, financial, insurance, mechanical, or vehicle-manufacturer advice.
8. Limitation
To the extent allowed by applicable law, AD Detailing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or inability to use the public website. This limitation does not waive responsibilities that cannot legally be limited and does not replace the terms governing an actual detailing service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without overriding consumer protections that legally apply.
